I can’t say enough good things about Boardwalk Dentistry!
I recently had an appointment and tried their new nitrous machine, and it was honestly amazing! I’m very anxious in the dental chair and don’t like local anesthesia, but this made a huge difference. This office is always thinking of the patients and how to make their appointments better.
I originally went in for a crown, but Dr. A was able to restore the tooth with a filling instead. He is extremely conservative with his work and truly puts your long term dental health first. He takes extra time to make sure he’s using the best materials and the best procedures, and you can tell he genuinely researches everything to ensure both his staff and patients are getting the highest level of care. He is absolutely worth paying out of pocket.
The staff treats everyone treat everyone like family. They are very kind, conversational, and never rushed. From the moment I walk in, the front desk is welcoming, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She really listens and genuinely cares about your answer. Whether I am with an assistant or a hygienist, they are gentle, accommodating, and focused on making sure I am comfortable. When I am in the chair I never feel judged and can tell they truly want what’s best for my health.
This office makes you feel like a real person, not just another appointment on the schedule:)

I have no problem getting my regular cleaning now. The office and staff are all courteous and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

Zach FreseIt’s hard to know what to say about Boardwalk Dentistry. Dr. Gilbert was my dentist since I was 5 years old, and let’s just say that was quite a while ago. Dr. Gilbert has retired, but Dr. Almaz and the rest of the team continue to deliver the excellent care and customer service I have come to expect (but never take for granted) when I enter their office. Cindy is a wonderful hygienist, exceedingly friendly and professional with a manner that puts me at ease whenever I’m in her chair. The office itself is incredibly clean and comfortable, with all of the modern bells and whistles to maintain those pearly whites. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

It was light years away from my experiences as a child and to my generation makes those early encounters with the family dentist seem primitive. I know the facilities and high tech tools are only as good as the people behind them. You and “Team Gilbert” not only demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism but like your new office are warm and inviting.
Another fantastic experience at Dr. Gilbert’s dental office. I was suffering with a toothache. Dr. Gilbert was able to build a crown right at the office with a completely pain-free procedure to replace the tooth. The whole procedure was under two hours. To say I am satisfied is an understatement. Thank you very much.
